Our room had a balcony, beautiful views with lush vegetation and the ocean. The pool area was nice but water was a bit hot. Breakfast included fresh-baked croissants and various juices. Spa services were great – just a heads up, it's under renovations. Staff was super attentive and friendly throughout!

The spa experience was top-notch, with incredible massages that melted my stress away. The room, however, was smaller than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway. 🌴

The location is excellent, providing easy access to both the beach and downtown. I appreciated the quality of the dining options available. However, the rooms could use some updates, as furnishings showed signs of wear and the mattress was not very comfortable. The responsiveness of the staff could also be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Not for the faint of heart

The access to the Ritz Beach Club on Lido Key was excellent. It was the only thing that saved this experience from being completely forgettable.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it still managed to be acceptable.

Our stay was amazing, especially at the golf club! The stunning Tom Fazio-designed course and the beautiful lakes made for a perfect family outing. The staff at the golf club were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

Enjoying tropical fruits at the exquisite on-site restaurant was a delightful experience. However, the pool water was incredibly hot and not very refreshing, which affected our relaxation. Additionally, even though we booked a massage for our anniversary, the spa's remodeling limited our experience.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota! The staff made us feel right at home, especially with their warm welcome and genuine smiles. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished, perfect for our little ones to play. The pool area was a highlight – the kids loved splashing around, and I appreciated the attentive pool service.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff

I recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay where I was constantly impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The beach club was just a short shuttle ride away and offered a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony view that made my mornings even better. Although the pool water was extremely warm, perhaps due to the hot Florida weather, it didn’t deter from our overall enjoyment. However, I would have preferred more dining options on-site.

Would recommend for a couple of nights

Immaculate room, attentive staff, where we especially enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool and the delicious cocktails by the poolside.
